In the second post from our mini-series on large grant-funded research centres, Kibui Edwin Rwigi (Global Development Institute) shares his reflections related to decolonisation: "Whether or not a North-South consortium explicitly adopts a decolonial outlook, partnerships will inevitably run into questions that touch on (de)coloniality in some form. Admittedly, no single project can resolve the big structural concerns of decolonisation: the political, economic, cultural, and epistemic sovereignty of global majority peoples."
