I didn’t have a lot of time during the lockdown to make any video, because I have two little ones that need all my attention at home 😆… Since Monday we are going slowly 🙏 back to normal life, so hopefully, I’ll have some more time to record and share a little bit of my back to singing routine.

We are all going through difficult times (in one way or another), so I thought this humble little practice might help some of you relax and focus.

Sometimes beauty is in the smallest and simplest things. One simple sound becomes a more complex one, like several different sounds become one!

No he tingut gaire temps durant aquest confinament de gravar cap vídeo, ja que a casa tinc dos petits que reclamen atenció constant 😆 Aquesta setmana hem començat lentament 🙏 a la vida normal, així que espero tenir una mica més de temps per compartir més coses...

Tots estem passant, d'alguna manera o un altre, moments difícils; així que he pensat compartir una petita practica que igual us ajuda a relaxar-vos i concentrar-vos millor.

De vegades la bellesa es troba en les coses més simples i més petites. Un simple so es converteix en un altre de més complex, així com diversos sons es converteixen en un de sol!
