Seriously imagine 😁
Es en serio, imagina! 😂

This is only one of the many ways that our stories show to us externally.

Just like wearing glasses that make everything blue and at the same time wanting to see red but keeping the same glasses on.
Good news are that it’s all there available to you, and that’s your superpower as a creator 🙌🏻

…
…
We have a story that we keep repeating to ourselves so quietly that we don’t even hear it.
That’s what shapes your life.

…
Changing can be very exhausting, but it doesn’t have to!

I personally think it's very useful to research and learn before venturing into something new.

The challenge begins when that need to learn becomes what stops us from taking action.

How to know how much information is necessary before starting?
Given the infinity of knowledge that exists on any subject, it is absolutely impossible to know everything and even more without first having started doing it.

My recommendation is that you start!, because there are certain things that you learned that will only make sense once you start experiencing that situation, and you will also discover things so subtle that no one has ever written about them.

We are often waiting the day where we finally put ourselves out there, go out in the world and live to the fullest.
Believing that by improving ourselves, achieve certain goals or attain material things we would be finally complete and worth enough to go out the world and live.

What we are looking for has always been there. Life itself, which is happening to you even if you seem to be waiting for it.

[ES ⬇️] - Every once in a while is worth to stop, have a look around and re-evaluate if the way we are living is utilising all our potential.
Sometimes, is just the way we are used to be, while other times we just don’t know we are capable of any better.
So we settle. We stop exploring and trying new ways.

I invite you to consider the following;
What if you haven’t discovered your biggest quality or talent yet?

Just imagine how more willing would you be to explore new ways by trying to find it!
…..
…..

Te invito a considerar lo siguiente;
¿Qué tal si aún no has descubierto tu mayor cualidad o talento?

[EN] - Now more than ever we live in a time where the same is expected of any person, it seems that something as basic as that everyone is different has been forgotten.

The good news is that with the right guidance we have the power to decide differently and influence our surroundings to live according to our terms.

That guide is your body, which knows and warns you when what you are doing with your time does or does not align with your true nature.
Pay attention and trust what the sensations of fullness, satisfaction, excitement, as well as resistance, stress and anxiety mean to you.

[EN] - The NUMBER ONE STEP to take for anyone hoping to make positive changes in their life is to strengthen the muscle of self-awareness.
This is because most of us are not used to act and think in a way that is necessarily supporting us, instead we keep ourselves in old patterns to keep us safe; Which sometimes means keeping ourselves in painful - but familiar - situations.

For example, procrastinating things until is close to the deadline while at the same time we say want less stress and anxiety in our life.

This self-awareness “muscle” can be trained the more you notice and get curious about your day to day experience.
…..
…..
