Mit mehrjähriger Kampfsporterfahrung aus Deutschland und Peru bringt Kristina dir No-Gi Grappling so bei, wie es wirklich funktioniert: praxisnah, klar strukturiert und mit vollem Fokus auf deine Entwicklung.

Egal ob du gerade erst anfängst oder bereits Erfahrung mitbringst, passt das Training sich dir an. Moderne Methoden treffen auf eine Didaktik, die wirklich greift, damit Du verstehst nicht nur was du tust, sondern auch warum und genau das macht den Unterschied.
