The BerlinFilmMakers are delighted to invite you to a special evening filled with inspiring and controversial conversations. Together with the partner, the IndiefilmTalk Podcast, we warmly invite you to the interactive live-podcast event.

As AI becomes more integrated into the creative process, we are at a turning point. The panel consisting of filmmakers and content creators, will discuss this transformation and examine how AI is changing the landscape of creatives.

In unserer neuen Fotoreihe „Team Portraits“ stellen wir euch regelmässig eine·n neuen Mitarbeiter·in des SAE Institutes Berlin vor.

🎓 Zu Beginn möchten wir euch unseren engagierten Campus Manager Steffen bekannt machen! Als Herzstück unseres Campus ist er die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Studierende und Mitarbeiter·innen. Er treibt unsere Bildungsvision voran und macht unseren Campus zu einem Ort der Kreativität und Innovation. 🌐🎨

Steffens Zeit an der SAE Berlin begann 2013 als Audio-Student, bevor er dann als Supervisor und später als Fachbereichsleiter des Audio Engineering Kurses arbeitete. Und was die wenigsten wissen: Bevor Steffen zur SAE kam, hat er Luft- und Raumfahrt an der TU Berlin studiert. Aber Anstatt in den Himmel zu fliegen, führt Steffen nun unser Campus-Team an.

In our new photo series „Team Portraits,“ we introduce a new employee of the SAE Institute Berlin every month.

🎓 First up, we’d like to introduce you to our dedicated Campus Manager, Steffen! Serving as the cornerstone of our campus, he’s the go-to person for students and staff alike. Driving our educational vision forward, he transforms our campus into a hub of creativity and innovation. 🌐🎨

Steffen’s journey at SAE Berlin began in 2013 as an audio student, later transitioning into roles as a supervisor and eventually as the Head Instructor of the Audio Engineering course. And here’s a little-known fact: before joining SAE, Steffen studied aerospace engineering at TU Berlin. Now, instead of taking to the skies, he leads our campus team.

Am Dienstag, den 12. März, haben wir die große Freude, den renommierten Kameramann René Richter bei uns am Berliner Campus begrüßen zu dürfen. René ist bekannt für seine beeindruckende Arbeit an zahlreichen Musikvideos, Werbeproduktionen sowie Kino- und Fernsehfilmen (u.a. „Manta Manta 2“ mit Til Schweiger). 📽️🎬

In diesem “Meet the Professional” hast du die einzigartige Gelegenheit, von Renés umfangreicher Erfahrung zu profitieren und einen Einblick in die faszinierende Welt der Kameratechnik zu erhalten. ✨

This Friday the incredible VFX Compositor Nina Fischer will give an exciting masterclass for our students at SAE Berlin! 🚀 Renowned from ‚House of the Dragon‘ to ‚The Marvels,‘ Nina will dive into diverse animation workflows and how to own and conquer the fear of graph editors! 💥 We come out as big fans of her work and are beyond excited for our students to have the opportunity to learn from her experience. 👏
