Another next-level Cocktail Competition at EBS Berlin—where creativity meets serious skill. The bar was high across the board, but this one hit different.
Built on a smooth cocoa base with , layered with bright citrus notes and orange-infused gin, and finished with a fresh raspberry garnish—rich, balanced, and dangerously easy to love.
And yes… one of our favorite shots of the night: mid-serve, mid-laugh, tongue out—pure vibe, pure passion. That’s what EBS energy looks like.

March Cocktail Competition Winner 🏆💜
Inspired by an unforgettable journey through Asia, this creation brings together bold flavors, vibrant colors, and true team spirit.
Featuring a unique blend of , black walnut bitters, oat milk (perfect for our vegan friends 🌱), coconut cream, vanilla syrup, and a smooth coconut liqueur foam made with aquafaba — indulgent, creative, and perfectly balanced.
Finished with a vibrant purple touch and paired with Ube mochi for that extra playful twist.
Big shoutout to the team for this beautiful creation — creativity, collaboration, and craftsmanship at its finest.
