I am a spirituality mentor helping women loving themselves to the bone. I bring you all the way back home, deep inside you where your true inner-self is. To have a healthy mind and body. I went through this transformation myself. I used to be uncomfortable in my own skin, have low self-esteem, suffer from personal and social anxiety. Dislike my body, being disconnect from myself, and lost overall. With my yoga background and mentoring knowledge; I take your hand and make sure you'll reach a spot where everything flows naturally. Where you are whole within yourself and in tune with your surroundings, having a life of fulfillment.
