Bump n’ Grind Burlesque with Sugar Vixen

Learn with Miss Viva Las Vegas 2023! Two-time Burlesque Hall of Fame competitor, 1st runner-up at the 2025 Sin City Burlesque Festival, and #10 Most Influential burlesque artist in Canada in 21st Century Burlesque magazine in 2025.

This 90 minute class explores foundational burlesque movement vocabulary with emphasis on the bump n’ grind and shake n’ shimmy! This class includes an interactive warm up and stretch, a breakdown of technique and a choreography review. All levels welcome! Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and bring water and heels.

Captivate: Mastering Stillness and Tease in Classic Burlesque
Explore the timeless elegance of classic burlesque with Australia’s “Queen of Classic” in this open-level workshop focused on developing strong stage skills and expressive performance technique. Whether you’re brand new to burlesque or an experienced performer looking to polish your craft, this workshop will help you develop the essential tools to truly own the stage.

Together, we’ll explore how to slow down, command attention, and hold space with intention and poise. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn how to connect with your audience, build tension through stillness, and use timing, musicality, and expression to create unforgettable moments.

With a strong emphasis on tease, this class focuses on the artistry behind what makes burlesque so compelling. It’s not just about the moves, but the why behind them. You’ll discover how to project confidence, maintain focus, and let your personality shine.

We have had so many requests for a stretching workshop, and we’re thrilled to bring you one from this international superstar!!

Stretch and Strength for Everyone with Dahlia Fatale

Taking care of the body is so important, but where to start? In this 90 min workshop, we will discuss methods for warming up, techniques needed to do so, and general body care. Then we will practice with a full body stretch. Part lecture, part movement, this class will leave you feeling prepared to care for your muscles and joints and reach any new physical goals you may have. Knee pads and a mat are highly recommended. All bodies are invited to attend as this class will offer variations from beginner to advanced.

Dahlia Fatale is an award-winning, internationally travelling burlesque performer, contortionist, producer and instructor. Dahlia’s performances combine the skills of a lifetime of classical dance training with the playful tease of burlesque and the bizarre and super human styling of contortion. Dahlia has performed at prestigious events across the US and Canada. She co-produces Sextape! A Metal Mixtape alongside Helena Handbasket, Chicago’s only currently running all-metal burlesque r***e. In 2019 she was awarded the title of Best Debut at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender.
