A few years ago I organised the first workshop with Vrushali. We just had another inspiring workshop with Vrushali Bapat. Sanskrit, one of the oldest languages, is taught as a compulsory subject in Indian schools. A thriving country of over 1,400,000,000 people that is. Sanskrit is an official language of India. Even Mumbai's IT wizards study Sanskrit to gain an edge. Many other languages, including most Western and Eastern European languages, have lexical origins in Sanskrit. We also learnt from Vrushali that understanding and appreciating your own mother tongue can help you to progress with learning new languages.

Happy to welcome Vrushali Bapat from Maharashtra to the Sanskrit German language workshop with our students this Thursday.

Looking at these pictures, I realize what we have lost during the last months. Our students learned so much more when actor and filmmaker Max Hegewald engaged with them in person, when he spoke to them with passion and good humored about his working life. I embrace and cherish smart technology. One can't embrace and really understand life only via video links.

Trained opera singers are providing Elocution Coaching to students at Halo School. This is an added service for students to strengthen their professional career opportunities. Our Elocution coaches are providing this individual training with great skill and passion for teaching. The Elocution training is an additional bonus service for students who register to a language course at Halo School.

Good to be back in our lovely school. Since it’s inception Halo School has been teaching in small groups and individual classes. Hence we were able to move smoothly also into Online class mode. And today we played Ping Pong after school in the park just around the corner 🌿🏓🌿
