If you are keen on getting to know new methodologies to teach in an informal way and challenge yourself this is the event for you!
We will be help you improve your skills when it comes to teach in an informal way, show you free platforms that you could use in your classes and share our project with you! At the same time you will be able to meet potential students and get to know new people :) So what do you think?

It may be thought that people with a specific type of personality or bearing some special character traits may have greater chances in learning a foreign language. According to recent studies there is almost no connection between these. It might be obvious that extroverts are more fluent as concerned to oral communication in any language, but in other aspects there is weak or no connection at all. The question of anxiety is a rather controversial one, because it may have beneficial effects apart from the obvious negative ones. (Robertson, Zachary, The autonomous language learner, 2014)

Aid-Kit Covid has immensely shifted how we design and implement educational programs; a 2020 EU Report “Adult Learning & COVID-19” finds that non-formal adult learning providers were not well equipped for this transition and the learner drop-out rate increased across the EU.

👉This week, from the 7th to the 9th of November, the last training of the Digital transformation of seniors DigiTISE project was hosted by our partner Mathemagenesis in Thessaloniki, Greece.

👩‍🏫In this training, “Learning Management Systems”, participants had the chance to familiarize with and deepen their knowledge of three Learning Management Platforms (LMS), such as Google Classroom, Facebook Groups and Moodle.

💻During the training, they also were able to learn how to incorporate the use of these LMS into the online teaching. Furthermore, they created learning activities, built and tested all of the platforms presented!

Project Aid Kit for Autonomous Online Classes aims to teach trainers how to create motivating digital distance courses for adult learners, specifically vulnerable groups, in non-formal learning programs.
Thus, the top priority of Aid Kit is to upskill and improve the competencies of educators and adult educators staff by teaching them more attractive teaching methods to produce high-quality non-formal online adult education.
Furthermore, by digitizing their classes, trainers will achieve the goal of Aid Kit of paving a better path for students to become independent learners.

In the Aid Kit project, this result aims to create an easy-to-replicate curriculum with 5 units based on digitally suitable methodologies for adult education programs, developed by trainers/education providers working in the project.

💡These example modules/units will provide concrete step-by-step examples on how to create motivating distance learning programs for adult learners. The objective is to train professionals in implementing engaging methodologies suited for online learning, such as the inverted class methodology.

📕 The pilot courses will show real examples of how to use the practices found in the Guidebook for digital classes. By building on what we learned in the first result, we will present concrete example units on how to creatively implement digitally suitable methodologies to incentivize students to work autonomously.

Free German course for men!

Would you like to learn german in an easier way?
We want to gather a group of men that is looking for a way to improve their german and get to know new people.
In this free classes you will be placed side by side with other peers interested in improving their german skills as well as with teachers!

The one goal of this meetings will be for you to get a bit of structure for your learning process so that it will get easier and funnier!
And you will learn in an uncommon with non formal educative methodologies that will mae it more interesting :)

Basically in our free german course you will:

learn some tricks to improve your german
practice the language in a friendly atmosphere
discuss about your favourite topics

Das Projekt Feeling Home hat endlich angefangen!

🍂 Letzten Freitag haben wir unser erstes Treffen für das Projekt Feeling Home gehabt! Wir haben uns in Kreuzberg getroffen, einen die Teilnehmerin getroffen und wir gingen entlang des Kanals!

📌 Wollen Sie neue Frauen kennenlernen, Berlin entdecken und gleichzeitig Ihr Deutsch verbessern? Wenn ja, sollten Sie mit uns nächstes Mal kommen und an unserem Projekt auch teilnehmen und was Neues ausprobieren!
