Hello,
the long winter seems to be over and I can say it was a winter with lots of impressions. Good ones like meeting all those very interesting women from Syria and Iraq and less good ones.
But now I am back and would be happy to bring fresh and healthy food into your kitchen!

Hi, as some of you already know, I kind of involved myself a bit in the refugee home down my street. It is 130 people from mostly Syria and Iraq. As I did two breakfast shifts so far, I saw that what they get is certainly filling, but I feel like I would like to prepare them a nice Middle Eastern touched breakfast next Sunday.
I have been thinking of Pita bread, chickpea salad and eggs.

Hello everyone!!
Some of us are probably very happy that it chilled down, but the weekend should be nice and sunny again. In case you are planning an outing, I would be happy to offer you some picknick food:
Israeli Kebab with Tahini Sauce (fair farmed/ kosher/ organic meat)
Couscous Salad with Veggies and Nuts
Spinach or Broccoli Quiche
