The Wanderka Group's scientific reserch interests focus on phase separation and modification mechanisms to understand how they are linked to microstructural and mechanical properties for engineering of new materials with improved capabilities. The spectrum of investigation spreads from the micron scale down to the atomic scale utilizing various microscopy techniques from optical microscopy to atom probe tomography.
