DONT COMPARE

Dont compare yourself to others. Not all glitters is gold. Cause someone’s life looks perfect doesn’t mean that’s really the case. There are people in careers that are considered successful by societal standards, but aren’t really fulfilled with what they do. There are “successful” and“happy” people living with depression.

YOU CANT HAVE IT ALL

There will always be someone that has something that you don’t; because doing great in one aspect of life often requires making sacrifices in other areas. Saying no to trying to be everything and focusing on your own path is actually a great thing.

A flower doesnt look to the flower next to it to blossom, it does on its own. Be grateful for the journey that life has placed you on. Trust that your dots will connect eventually. And you may eventually go to places the people you are currently comparing yourself to can only dream of going themselves.

ALL IS COMING

Myofascial Integrated Alignment is a holistic approach to sequencing poses and movements to create a natural and healthy alignment by balancing myofascial meridians (tension lines of muscles and fascia.)
We focus on stimulating and building strength, mobility and fascial properties (i.e., elasticity, plasticity, viscoelasticity, glide, creep, etc.) to promote growth, healing and the overall body’s wellbeing.
This approach views “alignment” very differently compared to more traditional styles of yoga, we rather focus on “tuning" postures to maximize the pose's potential within the focused myofascial meridian.
To develop creative expression and free movement, this 2.5 hours practice is designed intelligently with playful transitions to cultivate balance and enhance proprioception. Building our way up towards arm balances and handstands, with options given to modify and accommodate all levels to play along the way.

Another one down 🤘

Been on a rollercoaster of emotions for a month. A humbling experience full of growth, knowledge, connection, detachment, and challenges.

It wasn’t always easy but it was certainly worth. All I know is that I know nothing and I shall seek to learn and grow in all directions as long as the air runs down my lungs.

Still processing the journey, but for now I am happy, content and proud of everything I am and how far I’ve come. Excited to go about life and see what’s in store for me. My heart is full and I am grounded in faith that all is coming..

I am grateful for my teacher

I am not one and simple.
I am complex and many.
I am all.
I am nothing.

I’m proud to be a woman because our instincts are strong. The instinctual power that we have within us guides us and protects us.

I’m proud to be a woman because the female bond is so strong, when women support women incredible things can happen.

I’m proud to be a woman because we go through so much and deal with so much but come out stronger and more resilient.

I’m proud to be a woman because I love the community that women create for each other – we are each other’s cheerleaders and it’s amazing how we can build each other up.

I’m proud to be a woman because we are beautiful inside and out.

I’m proud to be a woman because we are fighters!

I’m proud to be a woman because we are kind, compassionate and have loving souls.

I’m proud to be a woman because we aren’t afraid to show emotion.

I’m proud to be a woman because we love to love.

I’m proud to be a woman because we are incredible at multi-tasking.

I’m proud to be a woman because we are bloody fantastic at dealing with anything; throw anything at us and we can handle it.

I’m proud of the woman I am and the woman I am slowly becoming.
