“Silicon Valley isn’t a place, it’s a mindset.” 💬

As one of the participants perfectly captured it, our Executive Master in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership ( ) programme offered an experience in Silicon Valley📍🌉

Five days. More than 20 conversations with founders, investors and technology leaders. Visits to Microsoft, Deel, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Cathay Innovation and House of AI.

Rather than studying innovation from afar, participants experienced the ecosystem where ideas are tested, challenged and scaled.

Throughout the week, they explored AI adoption, entrepreneurship, venture capital, digital transformation and principled leadership, while reflecting on how these lessons could be applied within their own organisations.

💡 This idea captures the essence of the experience. At ESCP, learning goes beyond the classroom, connecting academic thinking with the people and organisations shaping tomorrow’s economy.

Congratulations to Amar Sigireddi, recipient of the Dean’s Award 2026, one of the highest distinctions at ESCP.

From leading student initiatives and representing ESCP in international competitions to embracing every opportunity across Berlin, Paris and beyond, Amar’s story is one of curiosity, resilience and saying yes before feeling completely ready.

His advice to future students?

Some of the best university memories aren’t made in the classroom but in note worthy side quests 🏃‍♂️🏅

Charles, Nish and Yash recently took on the Nordberliner Zugspitzlauf, known as Berlin’s toughest hill race, tackling its demanding climbs together despite heavy rain and an unexpected thunderstorm. The course winds over the Lübarser Höhe, nicknamed the “Nordberliner Zugspitze” with runners taking on up to 225 metres of elevation over the longest distance.

They crossed the finish line with medals, plenty of stories, and one more unforgettable memory from their time at ESCP Berlin💙

The Master in Strategy and Digital Business at ESCP Business School Berlin is launching a strategic partnership with McKinsey & Company

Hosted at the Embassy of France in Berlin, the first ESCP Alumni Summer Party in Germany was a reminder that the ESCP experience doesn’t end at graduation-it simply takes on a different form 🫶🏼🌟
