Day 7 of the careers course. Early in the morning we meet at the flower market. I find it vital that my Students understand pricing and packaging Units of Flowers in the wholesale. Day five of the careers course: This day was all about learning how to present your floral work. Creating flatlays for a moodboard. Photographing your Bouquets with a model. This day is always a Game changer understanding that you need to create a Portfolio and a certain mood to understand your Style. Day four careers course: It was all about creating two very different bridal Bouquets. One for a very laid back casual bride and for the ultimativ bride with the church door entrance. The meadow Bouquet was all about a wild untaimed look and feel as freshly picked from the Field and the waterfall an elegant statement piece.
Day2 of the careers course:
Diving into bridal bouquets understanding the spiral technique. Creating two different Bouquets for different clients. Floral Accessoires of the day were a corsage and buttoniere. In the morning wevisited the Berlin Flower Market to understand pricing and packaging of the wholesale market. I show my students all aspects of the floristry buisness in order for them to sucseed. This three day private course was paid by the Agentur für Arbeit. But This was not a „Bildungsgutschein“. She was allowed to take the course because in her three years apprentership her flower shop did not teach her Wedding floristry. But because she needed that for her final examen she was allowed to take a privat Wedding course.
