We at Basti & Jules love our busy urban lifestyles.

We also enjoy taking care of ourselves - by doing things that make us happy, keeping active and eating fresh, nutritious, tasty food. We know however that city life can be hectic and that finding the time to do what’s best for us can be tricky. We like to eat intelligently and we are fanatics about beautiful food that not only has a taste to remember but is really doing us good when we eat it. We do a whole load of nutritional research before we finally decide on what to include in our Basti & Jules seasonal selection. We then do some careful product sourcing so that the 'tasty things' we deliver to the people of Berlin are either organic, regionally produced or both. We source regionally rather than shipping items into Germany from miles away because we want to do our bit to reduce our effect on environmental degradation -everyone in their small way can make a difference :) We only use biodegradable and recyclable packaging and we plan our delivery routes to minimise the amount of carbon emissions we give out. We also hate to use ingredients with any sort of artificial additives because we know it doesn’t do our bodies any good - that is why we in the b & j kitchen stay away from them at all costs - our ingredients and fresh produce are as pure as we can find them! So, in summary...

Whether it’s a freshly prepared baguette or a just-baked cookie, we make sure that everything that passes out of our kitchen is of the highest nutritional quality, that what we do everyday helps to preserve the environment and of course that our food tastes totally yummy. By letting Basti & Jules do the leg work, you can spend more time doing other things you love or concentrating on jobs that need to be done but still take care of yourself and the environment - without getting a rumbly tummy!
