We aim to attract AI-learning students to contribute their knowledge and ideas to improving safety decisions in Mobility!
Students are encouraged to develop an AI model for a simple classification problem with demanding safety requirements.
A total of 10,000 EUR in prize money awaits the best and most reliable AI models🥇.

The new Siemens Employer Branding Format “Siemens Student Tech Talk” is a (virtual) “open door” for early Digital-Tech-Talents. They can get in contact with Siemens, meet experts in the technology fields of Siemens and learn more about how it feels to work there.

The more the better! They are pleased to announce, that the Siemens Student Tech Talk no. 2 will take place on Nov 11, 20: “Smart Infrastructure: „The dangers of our digital world – and how to tackle them.” (English)
The Siemens colleague Alina will explain what this means in practice and introducing actual examples of her work. You will also get an impression of what it really means to work on Cybersecurity solutions and why this is not a one-(wo)man job ;-)

Herzlichen Glückwunsch! 💐 Prof. Dr. Volker Mehrmann ist neuer Präsident der European Mathematical Society, dem größten europäischen Mathematikverbund mit mehr als 60 nationalen Organisationen. 🎓 Bei seinem Engagement für die europäische Mathematik will er Schwerpunkte bei internationaler Kooperation, Lobbyarbeit in Brüssel sowie Nachwuchs- und Frauenförderung setzen. Er sagt: "Auch die Frauen müssen sichtbarer werden und da können wir bei der EMS anfangen. Wir haben gerade die „European Women in Mathematics“ als weitere Gesellschaft aufgenommen, um die Kooperation und Kommunikation zu verbessern. Frauen müssen auch in unseren Kommissionen und den Editorial Boards der Journals adäquat repräsentiert sein." 👩‍🏫
