Berlin does not need to become Silicon Valley. Berlin has its own entrepreneurial identity.
Our city has its own entrepreneurial pioneers, ideas, and models. One inspiring example is Prof. Dr. Günter Faltin, whose work with the and Stiftung Entrepreneurship has influenced generations of entrepreneurs.
His approach reminds us that entrepreneurship is not always about large investments, large teams, or complex structures. Often, it starts with a good idea, the right people, thoughtful design, and an ecosystem that gives people the confidence to experiment.
This is exactly the culture we want to cultivate on our campus.
Our students should not only study entrepreneurship. They should experience it. They should have opportunities to test ideas, learn from failure, collaborate, and turn concepts into action.
Meet
A young, committed, and hardworking student entrepreneur who is taking those first steps in media entrepreneurship. He does not need millions to develop his entrepreneurial confidence. He needs space to experiment, people who believe in his potential, and an ecosystem that supports his journey.
And that is what we should create more of.
More ideas. More experimentation. More student entrepreneurs. More opportunities.
We do not always need millions to create something meaningful.
Sometimes, we simply need the right people, the right environment, and the courage to start.
If you believe in this approach and would like to support, mentor, collaborate with, or connect with our student entrepreneurs, let’s make it happen together.
