Mykola, a third-grader from Ukraine, often sought help when arguments or anger overwhelmed him. Using the Gefühlsmonster® cards, he opened up more and addressed issues that had not been discussed before: He assigned cards to individual days of the week and described in detail how his feelings changed during the school week – from anger and stress to joy at the weekend. 💬 And through this visual and playful method, Mykola was able to name emotions that he found difficult to express verbally. This led to deeper conversations, new insights and concrete goals: less anger, more positive moments in everyday school life. 💛

The cards proved to be a valuable tool in individual case work, as they
promoted Mykola's ability to express himself, strengthened relationship building and offered low-threshold access to his emotions🌍✨.
