Designed by artist Tainá Guedes, creator of the exhibition „Let’s Talk About Food - a contemporary art exhibition inspired by the Global Goals“, our workshops invite participants on an inspiring and sensory immersion into the themes of the exhibition.
Guided by our highly qualified workshop leaders — each with academic training in art and pedagogy and years of hands-on experience — participants are encouraged to imagine and create “the plate of the future.”

How is food connected to the future of our planet? The immersive art installation “Let’s Talk About Food” by artist Tainá Guedes invites the public to explore this essential question.
Inside WILMA Shoppen, visitors will step into an abstract forest landscape, where 17 treasure boxes each reveal a small art installation linking food to one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
This poetic, multisensory journey brings attention to the social, environmental, and emotional dimensions of what we eat — and inspires us to take part in shaping a better world.
Admission is free.
Workshops and guided tours for school classes can be arranged by email: [email protected]

Working with Ismael Duá is nothing short of a gift. His talent and generosity go far beyond his titles as an artist, curator, and cultural event organizer. Ismael brings vision, clarity, speed, and heart into every collaboration, transforming ideas into reality with a rare combination of creativity and precision.
Let’s Talk About Food, our current exhibition at WILMA Shoppen, simply would not exist without him. From conceptual guidance to hands-on organization, his contribution has shaped the project at every level. He not only understood the essence of the initiative — he elevated it.
To work with Ismael is to experience true partnership, where expertise meets intuition and care.
There are contributions that can be measured in tasks or hours — and there are those, like his, that are immeasurable.

"Working with Tainá Guedes is a journey of wonders. She uses flamboyant colours and pragmatic perseverance, addresses the inner child and the decision-makers alike. When initiating projects, like seeds, her material becomes food for thought.
When talking about this 2025 installation, she weaves traditions of knowledge into modern statistics. Set within a commercial structure, the work addresses the future of the local community, the generations yet to inherit. The green, interactive playground is an invitation to travel far beyond a Berlin shopping mall and connect with the Amazonas jungle, to hear and see the world through a curtain of economic tensions, with the eyes of a true cosmopolitan.
What is at stake here is more than a cultural budget: it is a bargain to preserve our sanity, one goal at a time. What I personally carry from this project with my own artistic practice as a painter are the aspects of intellectual accessibility, artistic hospitality and certainly gratitude."

🦸♀️🦹♂️🍏 Aktion Foodsaving!

Vielen Dank, Christine! 💛
