Improve efficiency: funding, common target groups, sharing expertise, channels communication

Create transparency: make it easier for people to join, as currently many student don’t know exactly what is going on and how they can contribute

Provide a platform: offer a space for students with ideas to create new projects

We also want to include refugees’ voices and opinions on projects that are worthwhile. We believe that in the long run all these initiatives will be more useful if we work with refugees, rather than just creating projects for them. There will be three wings/commissions under which the projects will fall

Skills and Administration: e.g. Language Courses, Lectures on Administrative and Legal Processes, Buddy System
Socials and Fun: Events & actions (e.g. trips, outings and dinners)
Politics and Society: Conferences & working groups (e.g. organizing inclusive Hertie events, surveys,)
