This month, BSBI hosted a new student orientation for the October 2023 intake at the Barcelona campus. 🙌

This marks the first batch of students in the Barcelona campus undergoing the orientation session.

The orientation session was conducted in a hybrid mode, both on-campus and online, to accommodate all students. The two-day orientation aimed to introduce new students to the academic and social environment in Barcelona while equipping them with essential resources. The session welcomed diverse students from countries such as Kazakhstan, India, Iran, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Egypt. 👏

On Friday 17 November, three of our Global MBA students, Taylan Efe Tas, Rana Alhindawi, and Ivonne Planas had the honour of representing BSBI at the Connect AI Berlin: Advancing AI Research and Societal Impact. The event was hosted by the prestigious Max Planck Institute for Human Development. 🙌

The dynamic networking event held at Harnack Haus of the Max Planck Society brought together Berlin’s bright minds to explore the human and social implications of AI. Participants including Dr Sushma Kumari, Psychology Lecturer, at BSBI and three of BSBI’s Global MBA students had the opportunity to experience engaging talks, workshops, and interactive sessions and forge lasting connections with like-minded experts united by the passion for shaping a better tomorrow. 🧠

On 2nd November, our Hamburg campus hosted two special events for our creative arts students. On Thursday 9 November 2023, an estimated 750 students and alumni from Berlin School of Business and Innovation, Gisma University of Applied Sciences and University of Europe for Applied Sciences, along with 36 companies participated in the latest Career Fair hosted by BSBI in association with Gisma and UE. This is the second Careers Fair organised on behalf of GGG and the biggest one yet. 🙌

During the event, students and recent graduates had the opportunity to meet with representatives from various industries such as banking, healthcare, government and recruitment agencies, insurance, software, automotive, e-commerce, design, hospitality and others.
