I have decided to end the weekly yoga videos as Berlin yoga studios begin to reopen. Please support your local studios!
For those who live in places where studios aren't reopening yet, I will leave all 12 videos up on my youtube channel for you to access at any time. Thanks for sticking by me during these last few months!

Yoga video is back!
I found it very challenging this week to find the motivation but I did, and I have to say, I am very glad I did. I find the yoga practice continually rejuvenating. I hope you experience the same!
