I’m a life and creativity coach who has lived through, and overcome, many obstacles and life challenges which, by the grace of God, have led me to come out stronger than I would have been without them. As a writer, songwriter, musician, actor, dancer, and sometimes painter, I know the benefits of tapping one’s innate creativity to process life–both the enjoyable parts and the not-so-enjoyable parts.
