This one-year postgraduate program (LL.M.), founded in 2009, covers a wide range of crucial topics, including International and European competition law, intellectual property, regulatory law, and key issues from today’s digital economy.

Comprised of German and international students, doctoral candidates, staff, and friends of FU Berlin, the club fosters meaningful friendships across nations and encourages mutual cultural understanding.

Driven by students and serving students, the club is committed to advancing intercultural dialogue and supporting the integration of international students through a range of thoughtfully organized events.

🤝 First MBL Alumni Meeting

Last week, our MBL Alumni from different generations and current students gathered in Berlin for our first alumni meeting. It was a wonderful evening of catching up and networking in a relaxed environment!

The Master of Business, Competition and Regulatory Law (MBL-FU) is a postgraduate master's program in law (LL.M.) founded in 2009. We are proud of our diverse alumni community, which includes over 380 students from more than 75 countries across six continents 🌍.

We hope to see more alumni meetings in the future, whether in Berlin or elsewhere, driven by the initiative of our MBL Alumni.

🌸 The blooming of cherry blossoms at Freie Universität Berlin marks the end of the winter semester at Master of Business, Competition and Regulatory Law (MBL-FU).

🤗 We want to thank our students of Class 23/24 for an engaging and challenging first term - enjoy your well-deserved break, and we eagerly await your master thesis proposals at the beginning of the summer semester!

As has become tradition in recent years, our lecturers Prof. Leni Papa and Prof. Dr. Michael Albers organized a panel discussion on competition policy and developing countries. This year, we had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the challenges and developments in competition policy in the and .
