👉 Mit Kolenu | קולנו – Unsere Stimme läuft ein Bildungs- und Austauschprojekt für erwachsene Mitglieder der israelischen und jüdischen Community in Berlin.

👉 Kolenu richtet sich an Menschen, die ihre Deutschkenntnisse vertiefen, gesellschaftliche und politische Themen diskutieren und sich in einem jüdischen Rahmen austauschen möchten.

📅 Das nächste Semester startet am Samstag, den 12.09.2026 mit einer Rosh Hashana Messiba. Der erste Lesekreis des Semesters findet am Dienstag, den 15.09.2026 statt.

👉 Kolenu | קולנו – Our Voice is an educational and exchange project for adult members of the Israeli and Jewish community in Berlin.

👉 Kolenu is aimed at people who would like to deepen their German skills, discuss social and political topics, and exchange ideas within a Jewish framework.

📅 The next term begins on Saturday 12 September 2026 with a Rosh Hashanah messiba. The first reading group of the term will take place on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

A whole week full of learning and fun led to our exciting closing ceremony last night. We said goodbye to our amazing R.ken Lilith, and lit up the night with the incredible "Ktovet Esh"!

After our Kabbalat Shabbat and disco party, we surprised the Chanichim.ot at midnight with a special game in the forest. Nothing like a spooky night to get them to work together and overcome their fears!

Lake Day at Camp! 🌊☀️
Along with plenty of fun activities, today we took advantage of the summer weather and jumped into the lake. We swam, splashed around, and played cards on the grass.

Day 1 kicked off with amazing energy! After arrivals and lunch, we took a trip back in time to our movement's founding days. We wrapped up the afternoon working together to pitch our tents for the coming days.

**Workshop: Einführung in die Nationalismuskritik**

Nationen erscheinen uns oft selbstverständlich – im Alltag, in den Medien und in der Politik. Doch sind sie wirklich so natürlich, wie wir denken?

In diesem Workshop beschäftigen wir uns mit Nationalismus als politischer Idee und fragen, wie nationale Zugehörigkeit entsteht, welche Funktionen sie erfüllt und welche Alternativen denkbar sind.

Außerdem beleuchten wir die Verbindung zwischen Nationalismus, Ausgrenzung und rassistischen Denkmustern.

👉 Ein Workshop für alle, die politische Selbstverständlichkeiten hinterfragen und aktuelle gesellschaftliche Debatten besser verstehen möchten.

**Workshop: Introduction to the Critique of Nationalism**

Nations often seem like a natural part of everyday life – in politics, the media, and the way we understand ourselves and others. But are they really as self-evident as they appear?

This workshop explores nationalism as a political idea, examining how national identities are constructed, what purposes they serve, and what alternatives might exist.

We will also discuss the relationship between nationalism, exclusion, and forms of racist thinking.

A workshop for anyone interested in questioning political assumptions and gaining a deeper understanding of contemporary social debates.
