This year’s CrossFit Games weren’t one to celebrate and we did not watch a single event after the death of Lazar Dukic.

We still held our annual Games Mania event at the box - in dedication to Lazar and to celebrate our community.

We find so much joy in our community - we hope to find joy again in the CrossFit Games too.

Rest in Peace Lazar.

Red Lights On. WOD Marathon 2022 is going on right now.

Our CrossFit Kids Xmas Challenge is going down this Saturday! Coach has planned a cool competition for the kids to celebrate the end of the year and we are excited!

100 minutes - 10 workouts - 1 hellride: that’s our annual WOD MARATHON on SUNDAY 18.12. at 10am.

Celebrate the holiday season and the whole year 2022 with us!

After 2 years of corona restrictions we are so happy to have this event back in its original format: BIG AND IN TEAMS OF 2!

With over 120 athletes training at the same time, it’s going to be huge.

And the best part: it’s not only for myleo members. If you have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience and are familiar with all movements (no pull ups, handstands or heavy weights required), join us. Send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll book you in for the regular drop in fee. 💌

He did it. Leo won the 2022 German Throwdown] in the 45+ masters division!

With four 1st place finishes, one 2nd, one 3rd and one 6th, he took the top of the podium at the end of the weekend.

Congrats to and Mochael Obermair for taking both 2nd place and giving Leo a very hard time!

Congrats and for winning their divisions and to all the other athletes who competed this weekend!

you were missed!
