Which embarrassing moments in your life unexpectedly created connection?

This week’s newsletter story starts with spinach stuck in Claudia’s teeth and turns into a reflection about embarrassment, warmth, and human connection.

Read it in full in our newsletter or subscribe via the link in bio 💌

If you feel like sharing similar stories from your own life, we would love to hear them. And of course, don’t forget to book your weekly session with a Pantarei practitioner to connect even more deeply with who you are and how you want to express yourself in life 🤍

We often try to support ourselves through thinking, analyzing, and pushing forward.

But sometimes what we truly need is to first connect to what is already there all the time: our body, and the wisdom we carry within.

Join Merav this Thursday for an embodied workshop exploring how movement, breathing, and physical awareness can help us return to ourselves and meet life with more stability and ease.

Ever wondered what it actually feels like to be part of our Training Program?

In this carousel, we’re giving you a glimpse into how a typical training day unfolds — from the morning lecture, to embodied practice, to demonstrations and shared reflection.

It’s a living process where theory and experience meet, and where learning happens through the body, presence, and connection.

And if you feel curious to explore further:

Join our co-founder and teacher Vered Manasse today at 5:00 PM CET for an online information meeting.

A space to ask questions, connect, and get a deeper sense of the work.

We’d love to see you there.

You‘ll find the link to register in Stories or in Bio.

Ten years ago, Claudia and I created the Pantarei Approach with a simple vision: to support genuine communication between people — beyond differences, beyond words.

We believed the body and a person’s lived experience could become the place where real connection begins.

Today, this vision feels more important than ever.

In a world filled with polarity and disconnection, Pantarei reminds us that when we first learn to feel one another, trust and new possibilities can naturally emerge.

Tomorrow’s online meeting is open to anyone curious about studying with us — and especially to those who feel called to support change through human connection, presence, and reconnection to our inner resources.

Is your path in life to support others?

In our Practitioner Training Program, we teach how to truly accompany people through their challenges, dreams, and transformation.

By listening to the wisdom of the body.

And allowing it to speak — through movement, sensation, breath, and sound.

Holding space for each person to discover their own unique path…
towards a more whole, connected, and fulfilled life.

If this speaks to you, you’re warmly invited to explore more:

Sometimes we hold on to things that once helped us feel safe, even when we no longer need them.

In our weekly newsletter, the three Pantarei Approach teachers in the training program share moments from our daily lives and how we meet them through Pantarei.

This week, Vered Manasse wrote about a stone she held as a child to feel safe, and how some ways of protecting ourselves stay with us over time.

What are you still holding that once helped you feel safe?
