ISPSO invited us to submit the paper we presented at the Granada ISPSO symposium last year for consideration in the determination of the Bridger Award.: "The use of Guided Affective Imagery to unveil the unconscious ethics of corporate leaders"
The Bridger Award is awarded annually for the paper judged to be the most original and creative paper presented by an ISPSO member.
The Award will be presented at the upcoming AM in Copenhagen.

On our way to becoming the biggest institute for psychodynamic coaching in Germany:
More rooms, more employees, more capacity for clients, more research and more training courses
Berlin, 10 January 2017: After purchasing our new premises in December 2016 we have now signed a contract for the fitting out of the property. We will be moving in to our new home in the beautiful Crown Princes' Garden building in Berlin in June 2017. The building is located between the Hausvogteiplatz and Museumsinsel underground stations, the latter of which is still under construction, and the address is Kronprinzengärten, Werderscher Markt 12, 10117 Berlin.
There are five rooms for one-to-one sessions with clients and two rooms for groups. All will be cosily furnished to create an atmosphere in which people can feel comfortable discussing their personal issues.
We are also confident that our modern, attractive workplace will help us secure and retain talented employees who can apply their outstanding professional and interpersonal skills to facilitate our clients' journeys. Our research department is being further expanded with three positions for psychologists and three for research assistants.
Mind Institute SE offers coaching, management training and psychotherapy using scientifically supported psychodynamic methods, and through its own research helps to advance techniques across a number of fields. These are the approaches on which our training portfolio is based.

Abstract: Globalization and its pressure for change poses increasing challenges to managers and employees. But unlike technical processes, the phases of mental development required in human beings cannot be accelerated at will. On the emotional level, it is therefore about dealing with increasing expectations, frustration and interpersonal tensions. It requires a practicable approach to work with emotionally stressed situations, such as the container-container model. The paper examines the effectiveness of the model in the organizational life with regard to change and executive recruitment.
