We visited one of my favorite places as a child today. On a summer weekend, my parents would take us to this park, braving the crowds and hoping to get a coveted grilling spot. Then after an afternoon of running around, riding our bikes, and picnicking, we’d stroll along this boardwalk and stop to feed the ducks.

How lucky I am to have had such a great childhood 💛

Hello from Acroatia 👋 Here are some rocks that our camera decided to focus on instead of our high side star.

We went on a nice hike on our rest day, which maybe wasn’t the wisest decision for our legs. But YOLO and all that because the steep climb to the top turned out to be worth it. We faced some strong winds while walking along the ridge, but also got some nice views and opportunities to boulder a bit on the way down.

A bit of a late post! Spent a week at the end of the summer in gorgeous Sicily. And when I go on holiday with some acro friends, I will of course do acro everywhere.

✅ Flyer doesn’t feel so far from the “ground”
❌ Harder to jump
❌ Base gets water dripped all over him
❌ Slippery
❌ Balance & stability are harder to find
✅ Still 10/10 fun
