Here's some moments from the "Soft Skills ... from school to the world of work" event held in Potenza, Italy, on the 30th of September: an opportunity to discuss with the different local organizations and experts on how to develop and enhance the soft skills in the relationship between school and the world of work, presenting the results of the "Playing 4 Soft Skills" project as a success story.

Some moments of the Multiplier event that took place in Germany, in Berlin, on September 22nd, organized by Berlink, lead partner of the project.
Many young people and professors of the Max-Bill-Schule have put their soft skills to the test, playing the board game cooperatively and practicing individually with the app.
So they learned while having fun!

Some shots of the second appointment of Il Salone dei Rifiutati with the Liceo Scientifico "P. P. Pasolini" in Potenza (Italy): over 100 students challenged each other in our board game "Soft Skills Tree" and our Soft Skills Trining App to get to know each other better by exercising the soft skills individually and in a group.

The staff of Il Salone dei Rifiutati, our Italian partner, put into play the transversal skills of the students of the Liceo Scientifico "P. P. Pasolini" with TREE 4 SOFT SKILLS during the welcome week dedicated to the first grades.

On 15 September they presented the project in the Muro Lucano complex (PZ) involving the students of the first together with the second and their teachers.

The seminar "Games for the development of soft skills" was held yesterday in Riga.
During the seminar, our Latvian partners Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums and Izglītojošo spēļu un metožu asociācija presented to the participants the Erasmus + project "Playing 4 soft skills", its objectives, the achievable tasks, the results of the research carried out during the project, as well as with the intellectual materials developed in the project.

The Participants also had the opportunity to learn how to integrate games into the educational process, thus diversifying the educational process and developing "soft skills".
At the end of the seminar, each participant had the opportunity to test and improve their knowledge, learn and strengthen transversal skills by playing our game "Soft Skills Tree".

"TREE 4 SOFT SKILLS" was the protagonist of one of the workshops dedicated to teachers to use their through a playful strategy, useful in cooperative learning paths with students.

The teachers also appreciated the APP and the Training Notebook, using the questionnaire and tables to profile the type of player to evaluate the soft skills after playing.

The workshop was organized in Italy, as part of the Regional Conference on Cooperative Learning, which involved some schools of Scafati, organized by the Didactic Direction of Scafati (Salerno), in collaboration with the Sinapsi Foundation and university representatives and other organizations that dealing with cooperative learning.

🎲 THE GAME AS A BRIDGE between school and work as part of the "La Città delle infanzia" festival, which offers meetings dedicated to young people and those who work with them: yesterday afternoon, in Potenza (Italy), operators, trainers and teachers met challenge yourself to activate, enhance and self-evaluate softskills by playing our "Soft Skills Tree", led by our partner "Il Salone dei Rifiutati".
The game continued with the APP designed by Axonforce, a technological partner who showed us how to continue individual soft skills training.
