Real stories from real facilitators 💫

These are some of the voices who have walked through the PRANABEAT Method Facilitator Training, and what they share here means more than anything we could write ourselves.

The truth is, this work asks a lot. Of them, and of us. Holding space for the nervous system is not a weekend course or a quick certification.

It is a craft. And the dedication our team pours into this training, every cohort, every module, every one-on-one touchpoint, is the same dedication we ask of those who train with us.

We are constantly refining the curriculum, growing our global team of Master Tutors, and building tools like the PRANABEAT Training Assistant to support every trainee at every step. Because the people who facilitate this work deserve to be trained to the highest standard, and the people they go on to hold space for deserve nothing less.

Breathwork is growing fast. And that is a beautiful thing. But with that growth comes a responsibility that not everyone is taking seriously.

Facilitating breathwork is not just about knowing a technique. It is about understanding what is actually happening in someone’s nervous system when you guide them through an activated breathing practice.

It is about knowing when to push and when to pull back.

It is about bringing someone safely home after an intense experience.

Without that knowledge - you are not facilitating breathwork. You are playing with someone’s nervous system without understanding the instrument.

This is why not all breathwork trainings are created equal. And why I have spent years building one that is deeply rooted in the science of nervous system regulation, physiology and safe facilitation.

My Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator Training starts July 15th. Early bird closes May 13th.

If you have been feeling called to share this work - or to go deeper in your own practice - this is your sign.

This work is too important to be taught carelessly.

21 days ago a client stopped me after class and told me that the little breathwork tips I had been sharing with him had been genuinely changing his daily life.

That moment inspired all of this.

If you have been following along - thank you. Truly. This series pushed me further outside my comfort zone than I expected and your messages and support kept me going every single day.

Here is what I hope you take away:

Your exhale is where the calm lives. Your inhale is where the energy lives.

Your nervous system is flexible and trainable. And your breath is always available …. no matter what.

This is not the end. I will keep showing up and sharing everything I know about how your breath and body can help you live better.

And if you have felt called to go deeper - my Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator Training starts July 15th.

Early bird closes May 13th. Link in bio 🤍

Change your breath. Change your life.

Did you know that in Conscious Connected Breathwork there is not just one way to breathe?

And choosing the wrong one at the wrong moment is like pouring fuel on a fire.

Nose to nose is the gentlest pattern. It keeps the nervous system more calm and grounded without pushing too far into activation. This is where you start with someone who is already overwhelmed.

Nose to mouth is the middle way. A balance of activation and regulation. The sweet spot for many people in a session.

Mouth to mouth is the most intense. It creates maximum activation and the strongest stimulation of the stress response. Powerful… but not for everyone.

For example - someone who is deeply anxious, pregnant, or has a history of panic attacks should never be guided into mouth to mouth breathing. Ever.

The wrong breath pattern doesn’t just fail to help. It can make things significantly worse.

This is why a properly trained breathwork facilitator needs to understand so much more than just how to breathe. They need to read the nervous system. Read the person. And choose the right tool for the right moment.

Not all breathwork is the same 🤍

Your cortisol - your body’s primary stress hormone - spikes by up to 50% in the first 30 to 45 minutes after waking.

That’s even before your phone. Before your coffee. Before anything.

I’m not going to tell you to quit either - but here is one thing that actually counteracts it.

Five to ten breaths. Four count inhale through your nose. Six count exhale through your mouth. Before anything else.

And if you forget and reach for your phone first? That’s okay. Do the breaths anyway.

Habits take time. Your nervous system will still thank you 🤍

Check out my other reels for more breathing practices to help you find calm throughout your day and into the evening.

Ever notice it’s almost always 3am when you wake up?

That’s not a coincidence. Around 3am your cortisol naturally begins to rise as your body prepares to wake up for the day.

When everything is working well - the cup fills gradually and you wake up at a normal hour feeling rested.

But when you go to bed stressed, your cortisol cup is already half full. So when it rises at 3am it overflows….And you’re awake.

This is why winding down before bed isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.

Follow along for more tips on how to do exactly that 🤍

Save this and share it with your 3am friends.

If you struggle to fall asleep tonight - try this before you close your eyes.

4-7-8 breathing is one of the most researched techniques for shifting your nervous system out of stress and into deep rest.

The extended exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system, slowing your heart rate and signalling safety to your brain.

The slow pace and breath hold also helps regulate your blood pH, bringing it back into its natural balance.

4 rounds. In bed. Tonight.

Let me know how you sleep 🤍

Save this so you have it ready.

Tingling hands. Seeing colours. Feeling euphoric. Spontaneous tears. A sense of leaving your body.

This is some of what people may experience during Conscious Connected Breathwork - and it is all completely natural.

When you shift your CO₂ and O₂ levels through full connected breathing, your brain moves into alpha and theta wave states.

Your default mode network quiets. Your body finally feels safe enough to release what it has been holding.

The same mechanisms that make psychedelic experiences so profound - accessed through nothing but your breath.

This is why CCB is not just a breathing exercise….And it is why facilitating it safely requires a deep understanding of what is actually happening in the body.

My CCB facilitator training starts July 15th. Early bird closes May 13th.

Link in bio if you feel called 🤍

Save this and share it with someone who needs to understand what breathwork actually is.

**Note: CCB is a powerful practice and is not suitable for everyone. Always check contraindications before practicing and consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

What if some stress is actually good for you?

Not chronic stress. Not overwhelm.

But gentle activation - the kind that keeps you motivated, alive and growing.

A nervous system that is never challenged never learns how to recover…..Resilience is built in the stretch and the return.

This is called pendulation. And it is the foundation of Conscious Connected Breathwork - a practice that doesn’t just calm your nervous system. It trains it.

I’m running a CCB training very soon for anyone who wants to experience this work deeply or learn how to hold space for others in it.

Follow along so you don’t miss the details 🤍

Save this if something resonated.
