Чим будеш займатись:
Підтримка у плануванні та проведенні заходів, комунікація та координація, адміністративні задачі - загалом повний цикл проєктної роботи від підготовки до реалізації.

Що важливо:
- вільне володіння українською, а також англійською або німецькою (знання обох - плюс)
- залученість у спільноту українців у Німеччині та розуміння її динаміки
- інтерес до тем громадянського суспільства, освіти та молодіжної участі

CRISP is looking for an intern to support our projects focused on Ukrainian youth in Germany.

📅 Start: early / mid-May 2026
⏱ 20 hours per week

What you'll be doing:
Supporting the planning and implementation of events, communication and coordination, administrative tasks - the full project cycle from preparation to delivery.

What we're looking for:
- fluent Ukrainian and English/German (knowing both is a plus)
- involvement into the Ukrainian community in Germany and understanding of its landscape
- interest in civil society, education, and youth participation

Energy policy has been one of the defining factors of the world security, so we were not all surprised when DENA (German Energy Agency) approached us to develop a simulation game for their strategy day highlighting German energy policy.

After weeks of digging into the measures that can serve independence and competitiveness of Germany and the EU, not forgetting about SDGs and climate goals, the product is ready to serve the good cause. We are extremely grateful to DENA for the trust and our colleagues for listening to so many energy podcasts to get as many perspectives for the strategy day as possible.

At the Kosmos Festival in Chemnitz, CRISP brought the German-Ukrainian Dialogue Project to life through powerful street dialogues on peace, freedom, and democracy.

Young German-Ukrainian tandems shared personal stories, engaged passers-by, and created space for open, respectful conversations about the realities of war and the importance of dialogue in times of crisis. Together, we built bridges through listening and exchange.

Empowering young minds through hands-on democracy!

During the summer holidays, 12 talented students from the Junior Akademie “Humboldt auf Scharfenberg” stepped into the roles of politicians in CRISP’s coalition-building simulation game KOSI. Over five days, they debated current issues, negotiated coalitions, and experienced democratic decision-making up close. A great example of how interactive learning sparks critical thinking and civic engagement beyond the classroom.

Youth workers and partners from across Europe came together in Prague for the second SAFE Project consortium meeting.

Hosted by Caritas Czech Republic, the meeting focused on reflecting on the implementation of the Storytelling Rooms methodology and shaping the next steps toward a digital toolkit for youth workers supporting young people affected by conflict. An important milestone on our shared journey toward accessible, youth-centered tools.

CRISP, in collaboration with RCS, implemented an online training series on simulation game design to strengthen holistic security in Myanmar. Through five interactive sessions, civil society trainers developed practical skills to design and test a fully playable simulation game that builds security awareness, resilience, and community-based responses. The training produced a ready-to-use tool adaptable for future learning on governance and conflict sensitivity.
