Your vocal coach for a powerful and confident voice 🔥

Hi, I’m Monika 🌝 For the past 15 years, I’ve been working with one of the most powerful tools we all carry: the voice.

I help people gain confidence and strength in their sound and the physical presence that comes with it whether it’s for singing, public speaking, or simply expressing their truth.
And often, that journey goes far beyond the vocal cords.

It’s also about breaking through beliefs like “I’m too much”, “I should stay quiet”, “Who am I to take space?”, "I don't sound good", "I'm not able to",etc.

🐅 The voice is wild. It speaks the truth of the body and the mind whether you’re ready or not.

💥 Vocal activation work can feel like a storm in your chest, a washing machine in your gut, a crack of something that needed to finally come loose.

For me, it’s been life-changing. And to be honest, life-saving.

Every day, I share this practice. And every day, I get to witness someone’s moment of release, surprise, power, or joy 👁💜👁 Those moments never get old.

Thanks for reading and if you're curious, you're warmly welcome to explore with me. You will find much more informations on my website ✨ https://myvoiceislava.com

🎭 Do you need a good laugh ? Yeah, me too ! Come burn all your worries and see this second play presented by Theater im Nu : "der Strohhut aus Italien" - "le chapeau de paille d'italie" - "the italian straw hat".
It is in french with english and german subtitles.
There is a lot of music in this one and it was a blast to work with this amazing group again 🔥

📸 by Jetmir Idrizi.

Today Fadinard, a rich young Parisian, marries Hélène Nonancourt, the daughter of a particularly hot-tempered tree nursery owner from the suburbs. But this morning, as the groom was walking through the Bois de Vincennes, his horse gobbled up a hat hanging from a tree.

Unfortunately, the hat belonged to Anaïs Beauperthuis, who was accompanied by her lover, Emile Tavernier. Under threat of severe consequences, this choleric officer asks Fadinard to find an identical hat. The stakes are high, as Anaïs' affair with Tavernier could be discovered along the way. A race against the clock through Paris begins, with the wedding party rushing after Fadinard and involving him in increasingly chaotic situations.

Originally, the play was written primarily as entertaining material for the Parisian bourgeoisie of the 19th century.... And yet this work astounds with its virtuosity: a well-oiled French comedy, like a real score for the actors.

🔥 show alert ! Tonight and tomorrow Theater im Nu is presenting their piece "der bunte Panzer des Käfers" - "the colours of the beetle's shell" - "la carapace colorée du scarabée" 🪲 at neuebuehnefriedrichshain .
Each of their piece is a bomb and i am honored to be part of the adventure as a vocal coach ! ❤️

The play tells the story of a theatre company arriving in an occupied city to perform a show. But the inhabitants of this town are overwhelmed by the war and a reality that keeps them in a constant state of terror. In the context of crimes and humiliations, what is the place of theatre?

TRIGGER WARNING: military and sexual violence. Some scenes may be disturbing to viewers. Not suitable for people under 16.

Go go go !
