Ser vist@ es una necesidad humana. Compartir nuestros dones también. A veces nos asusta mostarlos, mostrarnos. Dudamos de si sean valiosos de verdad. Nadie nos enseñó a amar nuestros colores.
Busca donde puedas mostrarte, o atrévete a compartir tus colores aunque alrededor sólo veas gris. 🌈

Un café bajo los primeros rayos de sol, que aparecen tímidos y frios al final del invierno. Con la chaqueta aún puesta, intentamos sentir lo que viene aunque aún no parezca del todo real. Nos deleitamos bajo una promesa, como el.sol, tímidamente y sin precipitarnos.

En la escuela de la vida, tod@s somos estudiantes. Tod@s tenemos nuestro propio proceso, que no se da en línea recta. Para honrar nuestro proceso, empecemos por darnos permiso para sentir. Escuchar nuestras emociones, que son nuestra brújula interior.

There is a wisdom inside of us. Sometimes we can hear, but sometimes the noise of the outside or of our own thoughts is too loud. Reconnect with ourselves, with our bodies and senses will help us to hear it. The more we are in the body the more we can hear.
