The The courses are an opportunity for your body to let it get lost to the rhythm of the Beats, in a place where neither judgments nor others are allowed.

It is an opportunity to love your body more, and give it more freedom, feel new energy, and to allow yourself that you can dance without any shame or shyness.

We start the lesson with ten minutes to get to know each other first, then we gonna discuss what we think and feel about dancing.

We gonna do a light warm-up and gradually connect with the body.

Then we dance a bit freestyle to find out what each of us needs.

After that, we gonna practice a unified dance for everyone and repeat it until we learn it and finally we will dance it all together.

And we end it by appreciating ourselves, our bodies and the music.

الدورة هي فرصة السماح لجسدك ان يضيع بين دقات الايقاع ، في مكان غير مسموح فيه الاحكام على الذات ولا على الاخرين
هي فرصة لتحب جسدك اكثر و تعطيه حرية اكبر و لتشعر بطاقة جديدة وتسمح لنفسك بان ترقص دون خجل او تردد.

نبدا الدرس ب عشر دقائق للتعارف نتكلم و نقول ارائنا و نتبادل مشاعرنا ثم نقوم بالتحمية الخفيفة و التواصل مع الجسد بشكل متدرج

نرقص قليلا بشكل حر لاعرف ماذا كل منا يحتاج

وبعد نبدا بتعلم رقصة موحدة للجميع ونرددها حتى
نرقصها جميعا سويا
ونختمها ب شكر انفسنا، اجسادنا و الموسيقى .
