Before a short break from classes, we all came together on campus for a summer party.

Rave the Planet — Aug 15 This year's theme: "Imagine Love." the participants of the new Love Parade are standing up for love, peace, friendship, solidarity, diversity, respect, music, community service and a sustainable future. Free entry

Street Food Festival Danziger Straße — Aug 21–23 Food trucks take over Prenzlauer Berg — langos, BBQ, fresh pasta, Austrian sausage & cheese, plus regional breweries and cocktail vendors. Street Circus performs live music + acrobatics.

Pop-Kultur — Aug 24–29 Kulturbrauerei turns into Berlin's music hub for 3 days — concerts, talks, lectures. 12th edition, organized by Musicboard Berlin. From €10

Long Night of Museums — Aug 29 - 75 venues across Berlin open from 6pm–2am for exhibitions, workshops, express tours and artist talks. Ticket price TBA
