Ce séjour organisé par Aventure Trekking est un temps où l’aventure en plein air rencontre la sororité, où chaque pas en montagne devient une occasion de se reconnecter à soi et aux autres.

It’s with a big smile on my face and my heart tingling with joy and love that I’m opening the doors of the second edition of the Sparks, one month of sisterhood to rekindle your inner fire🔥.

The first edition has been magical, filled with so much love, deep connections and powerful transformations.

It has been such a joy to start the week with our morning rituals and I loved each of the bonfire circles. It was an honour to guide those women to connect deeper with their vision, to learn to befriend their fears and to celebrate themselves. The exchanges were so open, honest and loving.

Why all the fuss about having a vision? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Having a vision means to take the time to imagine the most beautiful and authentic reality you want to create for yourself. It means getting clearer on the life you want to have in 1,5,10 years from now.

Why it helps?

🔮 It helps to perceive that the future is not something that happens one way or another, but that my future is exactly what I create right now. That our life is the consequence of a series of decisions that we make every day.

🦹 It avoids you to follow someone else’s dream

🤓 It keeps you focus on your own path: knowing where you want to go will help you make aligned decisions and focus your energy on what truly matter to you.

⛵️ Like a lighthouse in the storm, having a vision you feel inspired by will helps you to keep going when it’s getting difficult or things required patience.

During The Sparks, we will consecrate a whole bonfire circle to create and deeply connect with our vision.

I am beyond excited and happy to introduce you to The Sparks, a month of sisterhood to rekindle your inner fire.

This offer entered my heart in January. Contemplating a big bonfire, I felt the power and impact that the women of this world could have if they opened up to their full power, joined forces and supported each other. If like the sparks of this fire, they joined together to light up a great fire.

Since then, this image of a group of women supporting each other in their dreams has not left me. It has scared me and challenged me too. And that's usually a good sign.

Being part of Margaux's Mastermind and being surrounded by powerful women gave me the extra dose of courage to finally make this idea a reality. This experience also made me experience the power of the collective and showed me that together we go faster and further. And that the road is also much more fun!

I am filled with a profound emotion when I imagine our sessions together. I can't wait to meet these 8 women and discover their sparks.

Have you ever felt like you don't know how to do life properly? 🤷‍♀️

We live in a society where it seems like we should be happy all the time. And if we don't, then we have to fix something.👨‍🔧

But we need to recognize that being imperfect, failing, and experiencing difficult moments in life is part of the human experience.💫

For me, an essential key to a fulfilling life has been learning to love myself unconditionally and to give myself self-compassion. Especially when I feel lost, even when I feel sad, when I have made a mistake or said something stupid... 💜

It is then no longer important that I am "fine" all the time because I know that I have my back no matter what.💞

💫 Ode to softness 💫

Through my work with and our deep mastermind conversations with the group, I have felt deep blockages unravel. In their place, a luminous softness has set in.

This doesn't mean I'm always okay now, but I'm letting the emotions flow more easily. Instead of fighting to feel better and find my joy again, I simply welcome what is here now with lots of love 💛✨

I'm learning more and more each day to hold myself in my wholeness. To make room for the parts of me that I thought were darker but actually just need to be seen, reassured and consoled.

It is a gentle and luminous process that gives me a lot of support and strength. 🔥

👉 My question for you today: where can you invite more softness within yourself? What parts of you need to be seen and loved?
