Du hast Angst, wenn Du dich selbst nicht einig bist.



Stehen verschiedene Anteile in dir in Konflikt zueinander? Führen sie gar Krieg? Das kann sooo anstrengend sein. Vor allem wenn eine Entscheidung ansteht.

In der Aufstellungsarbeit mit meinen Klient*innen bringen wir alles mal auf den Tisch (bzw. auf den Boden). Denn nur was sich im Unbewussten abspielt, kann uns schaden. Sobald es sichtbar gemacht wird, wird es harmloser und kontrollierbar.

Es hilft sich alle inneren Parteien einmal ganz in Ruhe anzuschauen, jede zu Wort kommen zu lassen und alle lieb zu haben.

Und dann raus aus dem Kopf, rein in Körper, Herz und Intuition oder, wenn es geht, sich selbst dem Universum (hier bitte Lieblings-Begriff für „Einssein mit Allem“) überlassen.

Kurz: Kopf zu, Herz auf!🧚‍♀️✨

Or: We can use all the conventional therapies and treatments. BUT we need to stay in creator mode, which means we don’t give our power away.

We are the creators of our thoughts, emotions, state of beings, personal realities (personalities). We are that powerful. We just have to get better at using that power.

A lot of times, healing can‘t happen because we never really take that responsibility.
