If Earth were hit by an asteroid the size of Pluto, the impact would be catastrophic 💥 The energy released would be billions of times greater than any nuclear weapon, likely destroying Earth or causing it to fragment. The collision would cause massive shockwaves, fires, and global earthquakes, with debris blocking sunlight, leading to a "nuclear winter" effect. The planet would cool drastically, making it uninhabitable for life. Follow us for more 📲 [Credit: unknown] (DM for credit/removal)

🌳 In 2021, Brazilian skydiver Luigi Cani took conservation to new heights by releasing 100 million tree seeds over a deforested section of the Amazon rainforest. During a single skydive, he used a specially engineered dispersal system to spread seeds from 27 native tree species across the landscape. 🪂

The mission was designed to support reforestation efforts and help speed up the recovery of damaged rainforest areas. While a single seed drop is not enough to reverse deforestation on its own, the project demonstrated how innovation and environmental action can work together to restore ecosystems and protect one of the planet’s most vital forests.

Sometimes, a step toward healing nature begins with a leap from the sky.

Svetlana Vladimirovna Kapanina was born December 28, 1968 in Shchuchinsk (then Kazakh SSR, USSR). She started flying in 1988 and quickly rose through the ranks of sport aviation. By 1991 she was part of Russia’s national aerobatic team. She trained on aircraft such as the Sukhoi Su-26M3 and Su-31. Kapanina has won the women’s World Aerobatic Championship title numerous times (1996, 1998, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2011) more times than any other pilot in that category. She also won the World Air Games championship outright in mixed competition in 1997 and 2001. Her tally includes dozens of gold medals in world and European aerobatics competitions. She has received many honours outside competition including the Order of Courage, the Order of Honour, and FAI awards such as the Paul Tissandier Diploma, Sabiha Gökçen Medal, and Centenary Medal. Her reputation is often summed up by being called “the most decorated female pilot in the history of sports aviation.

Underwater movie scenes require specialized equipment and precise coordination. Cameras are placed in waterproof housings and mounted on rigs for controlled movement. Lighting is adjusted to pe*****te water and maintain clarity. Actors use breathing apparatus or perform in controlled tanks with safety divers nearby. Every motion is choreographed to achieve natural movement while minimizing risk. Effects such as bubbles, currents, and visual distortions are carefully added to enhance realism. Crew communication and safety protocols are strictly maintained throughout filming. [Credit : aruntamm]

At first, it seems impossible — the ball rises from underwater, then suddenly bursts apart or rapidly expands near the surface. But the real explanation is pure physics.
Pressure underwater increases dramatically with depth, compressing the air trapped inside objects like balls or sealed containers.
What’s Really Happening: • Water pressure becomes stronger the deeper an object goes
• Air inside the ball gets compressed underwater
• As the ball rises, the surrounding pressure rapidly decreases
• The expanding air pushes outward with increasing force
From a physics standpoint, this is a clear example of pressure and gas expansion. As external pressure drops near the surface, the trapped air expands dramatically.
Why It Can “Explode”: • Weak materials may not withstand the rapid expansion
• Internal pressure can exceed the object’s structural limits
• Sudden decompression creates a powerful outward force
Reality Check: Objects sealed underwater can become dangerous if brought to the surface too quickly because rapid pressure changes can cause violent expansion or rupture.
What appears to be a random explosion is actually gas pressure following the laws of physics perfectly.
Final Thought: Sometimes the most powerful explosions come from invisible pressure finally being released.

Two pilots jumped out of their own airplanes at 14,000 feet and tried to switch aircraft in mid air ✈️ In 2022, Luke Aikins and Andy Farrington attempted the world’s first mid air plane swap. Both pilots exited specially modified Cessna 182s in freefall, crossed the sky using parachutes, and attempted to enter the other moving aircraft before landing. Luke Aikins successfully entered the opposite plane and landed safely. Andy Farrington was unable to board the second aircraft and deployed his parachute, while the unmanned plane crashed in the Arizona desert. Both pilots survived without injuries.

Ira Rennert, the billionaire CEO of the Renco Group, has an estimated net worth of $3.8 billion! Known for his vast industrial holdings, Rennert is also the owner of one of the most expensive private homes in the United States—a sprawling custom-built mansion in the Hamptons valued at around $425 million. The estate, known as Fair Field, sits on over 60 acres of oceanfront property and includes multiple buildings, dozens of bedrooms and bathrooms, and even its own power plant. It’s a striking symbol of Rennert’s wealth and status, blending luxury, scale, and exclusivity in one of the country’s most elite coastal enclaves.

In East London, a plain wall in the London Borough of Hackney slowly turned into something far more meaningful than anyone expected. A street artist known as Mobstr began painting simple graffiti on the wall, only for it to be quickly removed by a council cleaner doing his job. But instead of moving on, Mobstr came back. And each time his work was painted over, he responded with a new message one that directly acknowledged the erasure itself. 🤜🏻

What started as routine graffiti removal soon evolved into an ongoing public exchange. The cleaner would paint the wall back to blank, and Mobstr would return with another carefully considered line, transforming the act of removal into part of the artwork. Over time, the wall became a living conversation about authority, creativity, and who truly gets to decide what belongs in shared public spaces.

As photos of the changing wall spread online, the back-and-forth went viral. People began following the exchange as if it were a serialized story, watching as the line between vandalism and collaboration blurred. The council’s efforts to erase the graffiti only added new layers of meaning, unintentionally turning the cleaner into a silent participant in the work.

After nearly a year, the exchange finally came to an end. But the story lived on, remembered as one of the cleverest and most thoughtful moments in street art history a reminder that sometimes, resistance and control can create art together, even when neither side intends to 😭
