..an deep look at feldenkrais idea of "what is good posture"...namely the first chapter of his book awareness through movment, rare footage of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais working on client with insight from Jeff Haller and Andrew Gibbons...
I am more interested in understanding principles rather than learning tricks or drills that promise you to get somewhere with speed... this is one principle that makes me think about moving up and down coordinating our joint/skeletal system, less muscular effort, it's also a safer and more sustainable way to move around, it applies to lifting someone in dance, as well as lifting some objects in daily life...

Rasa Yatra (50 mins) evokes the beauty of pilgrimage through non-linear narrative. Rasa is Sanskrit for 'juice' or 'taste'', and yatra means 'journey', suggesting a joyful inner expedition, beyond the confines of routine and conceptual conventions. Photographed over a period of four years, Rasa Yatra takes the viewer on a meditative journey from the majestic Himalayan mountains into Vrindavana, the spiritual heart of India. For the receptive viewer, Rasa Yatra becomes a pilgrimage rather than a mere depiction of one.

I was fascinated by the work of Dr. Daniel Siegel about interpersonal neurobiology and the science behind compassion.
To understand our nerve system as a link between inner landscape and outer world, and how to integrate our mind (an embodied process that regulate energy flow), brain and social relationship (defined as sharing of information, energy with meaning).
Last week at Fuerteventura, we spent a whole morning in the dessert exploring the safety and yielding towards gravity, it resonates so much, we can only truly yield when we feel safe.
We feel, therefore we learn: The neuroscience of social emotion. Daniel Siegel
