This measure consists of an internship at the employer, during which candidates practice all the deficits that the local authority identified during the Anerkennung process.

The local authority reviews the nursing curriculum from the candidate’s school and country, and identifies which topics were not covered at all or enough during the studies. Therefore, all nurses from one country.

If the candidate has prior work experience, the authority might take this into consideration and reduce your deficit topics. The Lehrgang measure length is determined by the authority and lasts 3-10 months depending upon which states you are applying.

At the end of the Lehrgang, the candidate will have an oral examination at your employer

📌 What is the best way to come to Germany after Nursing from Nepal?

1. AUPAIR VISA

It is the fastest and cheapest way to enter to Germany. We only need minimum A1 German level. This gives opportunities to nurses to stay with German family and learn German language 😊
P.S: 6 years ago, I also came as an Aupair in Germany 🇩🇪

But unfortunately nowadays, visa rejection rate is very high. Also very difficult to get appointment dates to apply for visa in Embassy 😞

2. FSJ/BFD visa

It is best option for nurses to come to Germany and get experience in hospitals and improve German language. We need minimum b1 level and also low cost to apply for this visa.

It helps nurses to prepare themselves before giving exam or attending extra adaptation course for nursing license.

But unfortunately nowadays, visa rejection rate is also very high. Also very difficult to get appointment dates to apply for visa in Embassy 😞

3. Nursing recognition visa

This is the visa I highly recommend nurses to come to Germany after Nursing. We need minimum b1 level and it is also low cost to apply for this visa from Nepal.

Good news: High visa approval rate and easy to get appointment for visa in embassy.
