2025 has been a little whirlwind so far. Starting new requires shedding the old and that can feel very discomforting for a while. I have questioned a lot, am I on the right path? Is this really the life I want to live? And while I still haven’t found the answers, today I remind myself of all the good things that are in my life. My people. My connections.
In the words of my angel .ofsummer “I know that I don’t know anything” but we are here to enjoy, to laugh and cry together, to dance and to sit still. Through all the ebbs and flows of life.
Grateful. Grateful. Grateful.

Raw thoughts after traveling solo for a month:
1. Being kind is the best thing you can do. Met a woman sharing an Airbnb and we were talking about how nice the host was, and her words “it’s just good to be kind” have not left my heart since. It’s true. You never know how far your words will travel, who it affects and what it might change. Being kind is free. And it’s our obligation to this world.
2. I am learning to embrace unconditional self-love. So often there are huge expectations I put on myself, influenced by the chatter around, people’s opinions, societal conditioning. But I can and should still love myself even if I cannot hold up to these expectations. And should I really have them anyways?
3. Surfing teaches me I can do hard things. Nobody around to tell me to go for a wave? I am still doing it. Nobody around to kick my butt to go explore a new break? I am still going for it. Fear? Doubt? When all alone and with nobody around to push you, and you do it anyways, you know: I can indeed do this. And I have all that courage within me no matter how it looks sometimes. My inner strength is bigger than my doubts.

Um ano muito português 💙
2024.. what a special year. 3 trips to my favorite country plus a trip to Brazil, unforgettable memories, new friendships, new surf skills. But 2024 also came with a lot of challenges, tears and sweat. Ending this year with a feeling of deep gratitude and so much joy about all that’s been, all that’s to come and the very special people who are accompanying me in this rollercoaster of life. I am feeling so damn lucky. 🍀

left Berlin stressed, anxious and unwell and came back with my heart so full of joy, gratitude and love that I feel like it’s going to explode sometimes. I’m so lucky 💙

Brazil, you special place.
Lots of sweat, tears and ocean water and I’m not leaving the same as I arrived. You left me with a full heart, with a tan, with new friends, a new appreciation for nature and a new appreciation of all my privileges. If I had to break it down to one thing: the world is full of amazing and beautiful people and I am so lucky to be seeing so many parts of it.
I have a very good feeling I will be back.
Thank you for everything 🇧🇷💚

Find me at in Kreuzberg every Thursday 7:15pm and Friday 12pm for a gentle flow 🌻
My mission in teaching yoga is to provide a safe and accessible practice for every body, and hopefully giving you some inspiration from on to off the mat.
I love teaching but it wouldn’t be joyful without my amazing students. Shoutout to everyone who keeps showing up on the mat, as well as the beautiful team from Becycle and Beyond, it means a lot ❤️
