The Unstuck Lab
Helping multipassionate women discover ways to create despite their resistance at The Unstuck Lab. ?
An emergency room for your creativity that’ll give you the momentum and confidence you need to move forward with your project.
How do you procrastinate?
Identifying your patterns is useful to fight procrastination.
And then the day comes
when you finally decide to be vulnerable
and show your inside to the world
when you stop waiting for it to be perfect
and you decide to do it anyway
Because deep inside
you know… that only by
putting yourself out there
you exercise your creativity
and you keep on improving
So you decide to jump
“Creativity is needed to look beyond the box of the struggle for survival, to realize that peace, happiness, relaxation and love are not only alternatives to struggle and competition, but that they are life itself.
Because fighting and competition tend to bring about death and reduction, while creativity is diversity and life.”- David Lindner

This way of thinking reminds me of what I believe in.
As an overthinker I tend to get lost and tired only by trying to make a decision.
Our perfectionist wants to take the best and shorter way without letting us realize that by doing so we waited and get stuck before being able to move an inch.
This is why approaches like this one resonate more with me now.
Sometimes it’s better to start moving any direction and find your best path while in motion.
Can you relate?

I still remember the day I found this book.
It was 2020, I was subletting a room and this book was there.
It was not one of these books, which look like they would have potential from the outside.
When I started checking it, I was not fully convinced about it, as I don’t usually agree with discipline-oriented approaches (will tell you in another posts more about that).
And yet.....
Reading it, was like seeing into this mirror that you’re resisting to see, cause you know you won’t be able to continue acting like you were doing.
This book showed me how stuck I was and how much discipline I needed.
It made me realize to which extent I was romanticizing my resistance and how I wasn’t doing the work.
And the best part was that it allowed me to recognize my resistance and how this was crucial for the development of my projects.
And this made me start finding ways to get unstuck, which then led to the development of the Unstuck Lab.
So, I can say now that this book was key, not only to find ways to deal with resistance but also to create a space like the Unstuck Lab.
Do you also have a book like this that has changed the way you were doing things before?

„Knowing yourself is to be rooted in Being, I stead of lost in your mind“
Thank you Eckhart Tolle for reminding me of the importance of bring presence to all the things we do.
In my opinion, when I do things from a place of presence and because I have this strong need to share, the quality of the things I do is different, do you resonate with that? When was the last time you develop a project with full presence?
