I’ve been on quite the hiatus from Facebook and Instagram over the last few years. I’ve missed sharing a piece of me with those of you who I love so dearly. I’ve become more reserved and private because, to be honest, the last two years have been so incredibly hard. It’s been hard for many and I know that so many people have suffered losses way worse than I have. But, y’all, I’m back and feeling more myself these days and ready to share some of the many celebrations in my life that deserve to be shared with those who I love and who truly love me. This beautiful spring day in Aiken, surrounded by so many of my friends who I’ve missed so much, has been GLORIOUS! Thank you Aiken Steeplechase for reconnecting this community.

Today we took some time to honor my dad’s life and legacy. He lived a full life of service and I’m truly honored to be his daughter. No matter how much time has passed, I will always strive to make him proud. Rest In Peace, Dad.
