HEM - Higher Education Management

HEM was founded at the Chair of Quality Management at RWTH Aachen University. The strategic focus of HEM focuses on quality management systems in national and international higher education institutes. Previous activities of HEM have concentrated on the successful cooperation with RWTH Aachen University - as one of the largest technical universities in Europe - and other national and international universities and organizations in Europe and the Arab region. The team of HEM is especially looking for potential research and consultancy cooperations regarding:
- Development and implementation of quality management systems
- Implementation of Wiki-based software for interactive management systems
- Benchmarking and assessment of quality management at higher education institutes
- Implementation of performance indicators and indicator systems to ensure an efficient management of your resources
