New hope for Hungary, Europe and the world! 🌍 ❤️
🇭🇺✨ A moment of hope
In the past days, Hungary has witnessed something deeply moving: the active presence of young people in public life. Seeing so many of them engaged, standing up, expressing their voices, and taking part in shaping their future has been truly inspiring for all of us at Origó Műhely.
As a youth-focused organisation, we believe that participation is the foundation of a healthy and democratic society. When young people feel that their voice matters, when they step into responsibility, and when they engage with courage and openness — something meaningful begins to shift.
The past years have not always been easy for civil organisations in Hungary. Navigating challenges while staying committed to our mission of supporting young people, youth workers, mental health, and active citizenship required resilience, creativity, and strong partnerships — especially within the Erasmus+ community.
Today, we hold a sense of cautious optimism.
We hope for a future where civil organisations are recognised as partners, as co-creators, and as contributors to the common good — not as obstacles, but as valuable actors in shaping society.
We also hope to continue — and even strengthen — our participation in European cooperation.
