I started reading the Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod. I'm on day 2 - getting up an hour earlier to include 6 daily habits: Silence, Affirmations, Visualizations, Exercise, Reading and Journaling. I'll keep you posted on how things are going by day 30! So far, I can definitely recommend it.
