Our school was an integral part of the spectacular ‘Slyším, vidím, chutnám svět’ Festival, right outside KD Ládví.

Despite the rainy weather, our students arrived with incredible energy and dedication. They didn’t just represent different countries through their fantastic cultural presentation stalls—allowing visitors to discover the unique magic of the world—they also took to the stage! 🎤✨

Watching them perform their songs beautifully before a public audience, completely undeterred by the rain, was an absolute highlight. It was a true display of global citizenship, talent, and that unbeatable Perrott Hill resilience. 🤝💙

Our students got to test-drive the piano, guitar, violin, cello, and flute. There is nothing quite like the look on a child’s face when they make their very first sound on an instrument. We are so proud of their curiosity and willingness to try something new!

Celebrating Our Global Community 🌍✨

Today, our Early Years campus proudly hosted International Culture Day, a beautiful celebration of the rich diversity that defines our school community.

With over 30 countries represented, our young learners embarked on a global journey. The day was filled with vibrant cultural experiences, including energetic Brazilian dancers, the serene tradition of a Chinese tea ceremony, the mesmerizing art of face-changing, and joyful activities like face painting.

This incredible event would not have been possible without the outstanding support and generosity of our parent community. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who dedicated their time, shared their heritage, and prepared exquisite traditional dishes. Your involvement truly enriched our students' understanding of the world.

Exploring the World’s Ecosystems Through Science! 🌿

Learning becomes even more meaningful when students take the role of researchers, presenters, and educators. As part of their Science lessons, our students investigated a variety of ecosystems from around the world, discovering how living organisms interact with their environments and why biodiversity is so important for our planet.

Working collaboratively, they conducted research, designed informative posters, and delivered presentations to their teachers, demonstrating their understanding of key scientific concepts and vocabulary.

They poured so much creativity and effort into designing a fun, welcoming day for our whole school community—and it truly showed! It is student-led initiatives like this that make the Perrott Hill experience so unique and meaningful.
