MISSION STATEMENT:
We provide high quality education based on the best international practice, namely, the UK Early Years Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum of England and Wales combined with the Czech Curriculum Framework. TIELC’S LANGUAGE POLICY:
We employ fully qualified teachers of English who teach and conduct instruction in that language. However, since many of our pupils are speakers of Czech, we also teach children in this language ensuring that the Czech component of the curriculum is successfully covered. Both English and Czech components of our curriculum are supervised by school professional advisers. OUR VISION:

Česká předškolní výchova: seznámíme se blíže s paní učitelkou ve třídě a také s ostatními zaměstnanci školky. Zkusíme si paní učitelku společně nakreslit a popsat, jak vypadá. Prohlédneme si fotografie ostatních učitelů i dětí a budeme si o nich vyprávět. Zaměříme se na správné sezení u stolu a držení tužky. Procvičíme si prostorovou orientaci, řazení zleva doprava, třídění podle velikostí a hledání dvojic na interaktivní tabuli v aplikaci "Barevné kamínky". Budeme slabikovat a poznávat první hlásku slova. Procvičíme si slovní zásobu při čtení příběhů z knížky "Flandil ve školce".

Czech preschool education: we will get to know the teacher in the classroom and other kindergarten staff better. We will try to draw the teacher together and describe what she looks like. We will look at photos of other teachers and children and talk about them. We will focus on sitting correctly at the table and holding a pencil. We will practice spatial orientation, sorting from left to right, sorting by size, and finding pairs on the interactive whiteboard in the "Colorful Stones" application. We will syllabicate and learn the first letter of words. We will practice vocabulary while reading stories from the book.
